The unveiling ceremony of the book "Ahval Del Godakhteh" authored by H.E. Dr. Gholam-Ali Haddad Adel, the Director of the Iranian Academy of Persian Language and Literature was held on 7th October, 2013 at ECI Headquarters. Present at the event were H.E. Dr. Gholam-Ali Haddad Adel, Iftikhar Husain Arif, ECO Cultural President, Mr. Ali Moallem Damghani , Mr. Mohammad Baghaei Makan, Mr. Mohammad Ali Movahed, Mr. Tofigh Sobhani, Mr. Adib Boroumand, Mr. Sarvar Mowla'ei, Mr. Hashemi Taba, Mr. Abdoljabbar Kakaei, Mr. Torki , distinguished Ambassadors and representatives of the ECO Member States and a large number of literati, poets and literature enthusiasts .

Expressing his gratitude to the ECO Cultural Institute for organizing the function, Dr. Haddad Adel stated that the book has been composed over 20 years of studying and teaching Rumi's thoughts and works and that it is expected to be studied at academic centers and acquaint academicians with the Rumi's prose and correspondence. He declared that the Rumi's' letters indicate his acquaintance with Holy Qura'n and mastery of Arabic literature.

Mr. Arif, the President of ECO Cultural Institute while describing the book as a guide to the rich culture, history of the ECO nations, noted that language and literature are considered the most significant common cultural heritage of the region. He stressed that Rumi is renowned poet worldwide.

he book entitled "Ahval Del Godakhteh" is a collection of Rumi's correspondence compiled and interpreted by H.E. Dr. Gholam-Ali Haddad Adel which has been recently published by Sokhan Publication.
